All training courses offered by DSW's Training Centre in Ethiopia are conducted by highly experienced and qualified local professionals drawn from both DSW and its partner organisations. The Training Centre has built up a pool of trainers, currently comprising ten members, to cover the widest possible range regarding topic-related specification and educational background. In line with the Training Centre's participatory reproductive health training approach, all trainers underwent a training on applied participatory methodology.
